The items supplied by https://japan-streetwear.com are brand new and guaranteed against all defects. They are identical to those sold in traditional stores and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.
Should an item be defective or not conform, the buyer has 60 days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to support@japan-streetwear.com (description and photos enclosed). . If the sixty (60) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
The customer must return new and unused items, in their entirety and in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In the event of damage to the above-mentioned packaging or any other part of the product, we will be unable to accept a return and full refund of the order.In the event of exercising the right of retraction, Le site https://japan-streetwear.com is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s) and validation of the return procedure by our team.

Some items are non-refundable :
- Gift cards: Once issued, gift cards are non-refundable. By purchasing a gift card on our site, you accept the general terms and conditions of sale for that product.
- Masks: For health reasons, masks cannot be returned or refunded.
Partial repayments are permitted in certain circumstances.
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Peaky Legacy Limited also reserves the right to refuse a return or refund for any reason not previously mentioned, should this prevent the product to be returned from being put back in stock.

Returns
If your purchase is indicated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to your home, you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned goods. The voucher will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned goods.
If the purchase was not indicated as a gift item at the time of purchase, or if the recipient of the gift item subsequently sends the order as a gift item, we will inform you of the return and send a refund to the recipient of the gift item.
